Most cashless claims are approved within 4–6 hours. Reimbursement claims are typically settled within 3–7 working days once all documents are submitted. You can track your claim status in real time via our app or website.
Yes! Our multi-policy bundling option gives you a 12–18% discount when you combine two or more products. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon codes needed.
Accidental hospitalisation is covered from day one. For pre-existing conditions, a 2-year waiting period applies (waivable with medical underwriting). Maternity benefits have a 9-month waiting period, and specific illnesses have a 30-day initial waiting period.
Log in to your ShieldWise account, navigate to "My Policies," and click "Renew." You'll receive a reminder 30 days and 7 days before expiry. Auto-renewal can also be enabled for uninterrupted coverage.
