What's included in an all-inclusive package?
Our all-inclusive packages cover accommodation, daily meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner), selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, airport transfers, guided excursions, and full access to resort facilities. Any additional activities or spa services are available at add-on rates.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 60–90 days in advance for peak summer travel (June–August) to secure the best room selections and early-bird pricing. Last-minute deals are available but limited in choice and flexibility.
Can I customise my travel package?
Absolutely. All our packages are fully customisable. You can add extra nights, choose specific resorts, upgrade room categories, add adventure activities, or combine multiple destinations into one trip. Our travel consultants will tailor it to your preferences.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a 20% fee. For Force Majeure events (natural disasters, travel bans), we offer full credit or rebooking at no charge.
Do packages include international flights?
Our standard packages are land-only (accommodation + activities). We offer optional flight bundles from major international hubs. Add your departure city during booking and we'll show you competitive flight + hotel combos for your dates.
